According to BattleForTheInternet.com, Congress is split into two sides as well. On the one side, there's Team Cable: the members of Congress who will side with the cable companies and oppose net neutrality no matter what their constituents think. On the other, there's Team Internet: the ones who understand the Internet and have spoken out against the FCC's plan to gut net neutrality rules.
